Greg Garner from Newcastle-under-Lyme and his friend James March from Wolverhampton are running an ultra-marathon through the Amazon Jungle in Peru. They've got to be prepared for the wildlife such as anacondas and jaguars. They say they're not going to be at the top of the food chain!
