Lily the Jack Russell terrier, from Worcestershire, now costs much less to travel to the continent, according to her owners, David and Suzanne Nicholl. They successfully applied for Lily to have a Belgian passport.

The Hagley couple tell Elliott Webb how they made the decision after going abroad became 'increasingly expensive', with UK paperwork alone increasing by over 拢100 for a return trip. Now, they say, Lily the dog has 'freedom of canine movement'.
