Kielland families win compensation fight
Survivors and families of victims of the 1980 Alexander Kielland oil rig disaster have won the right to government compensation, 45 years later. The Norwegian parliament narrowly approved the decision, benefiting six families from Cumbria, including Laura Fleming, whose father Michael died in the tragedy.
