‘Paperwork madness’: One leg and no blue badge
Ray Dingwall from Biggleswade has been asked for proof of his mobility issues. The 72-year-old former Stevenage football player had his leg amputated almost fifty years ago. He says he’s applied for a disability parking permit without problems in the past, but has now hit an impasse. Interview by Tony Fisher.
