When you think of speeding and speed limits -you may think of motorway driving or speed cameras, but perhaps mobility scooters don't come to mind.

But one shopping centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield has introduced speed limits for mobility scooters, in order to prioritise pedestrian safety.
