Sally Orange MBE has run 2 marathons since being diagnosed. She has previously completed more than 80 marathons around the world dressed as fruit to raise awareness about mental health support. She is now raising awareness of cancer, and said her 87th marathon was the first marathon that she had ever cried at the end of.
