The Chancellor speaks about the Spending Review
Chancellor Rachel Reeves allocated extra money for the NHS, defence and housing in the Spending Review, but some departments had their day-to-day budgets cut.
Speaking to Today's Nick Robinson the day after the review, she says ' it is investment that is the lifeblood of economic growth'.
