Olympic champion Lauren Henry MBE's dream year just gets better and better.

Having won a gold medal last summer at the Olympic Games, she was awarded an MBE much to her surprise, and then given the freedom of the Harborough District.

Last weekend Lauren was among the winners for Great Britain as the team claimed three gold medals on the final day of the World Rowing Cup in Italy.

麻豆社 Leicester's Emma Caldwell caught up with Lauren ahead of her regular early morning training session.
