No clear plan for scrapping electric vehicles

Jersey woman Francesca Guyett ran into a problem when her hybrid car stopped working.

For petrol and diesel cars, scrapyards usually pay by weight - but Francesca was told scrapping her hybrid would cost her around 拢1,500.
