A high protein ice cream will help some patients on hospital wards in Nottingham get most of the nutrients they need.

N-ICE Cream was first offered to patients at Nottingham University Hospitals as part of a trial in 2022, and now it's being fully rolled out at the Queen's Medical Centre.

Professor Opinder Sahota, the man behind it all, brought some of his delicious ice cream into the studio for Summaya to try.
