The Essex town 'divided' by protests
The Essex town of Epping is currently at the centre of some divisive protests. More than a thousand people gathered outside the Bell Hotel on Sunday, following the arrest and charge of an asylum seeker earlier this month on suspicion of alleged sexual assaults in the town.
He denied the charge at Chelmsford Magistrates Court last week. Essex Police have described how situation had escalated into "mindless thuggery", but what do the people of Epping make of the unrest in their town?
