Bad parking in Cleethorpes blocks bin lorries, leaving rubbish uncollected for weeks. Lara King has been speaking to people who live there about the problem. North East Lincolnshire council say they are aware of the issue and are considering parking restrictions and are advising residents not to park on the corner of the road, so the bin lorries can get through.
