Leicester's 'amazing work' in respiratory viruses
Medical experts from across the world are gathering in Leicester for a special event celebrating the city's significance in respiratory medicine.
The conference, called 'Breathe: Speak Out' brings together medics, scientists and members of the public to showcase some of the work being done in the city, particularly around Covid 19.
It's been organised by Dr Daniel Pan, an infectious diseases doctor and clinician scientist at the University of Leicester.
Dr Pan spoke to 麻豆社 Leicester's Ady Dayman about the significance of the research into Covid 19 being carried out in Leicester.
