The plans to transform an empty Middleport mill
There are plans to turn Oliver's Mill on the banks of the Trent and Mersey Canal into a community hub. The old flint mill in Middleport is over 100 years old, but has been empty for decades. Simon Davies is one of those leading the project. He says there is the potential to create a cultural space and a creative centre for the city, and that people can volunteer to help with the restoration.
