Heidi Howell who lives in Bath, originally from the USA, has worked with stars including Dolly Parton, Tom Hardy, Channing Tatum and Justin Timberlake as a costume designer. She has now joined forces with a makeup artist to run workshops around regency costume at The Jane Austin Festival in Bath.
