Hereford man's triathlon from London to Paris
Sam Weale ran from the Marble Arch to the beach, swam the English Channel, and then cycled his way to the Arc de Triomphe. He has raised over 拢20,000 for incredible charities which are trying to find a cure for the genetic condition Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
Sam says how he took on the challenge after meeting Will Taylor, who was diagnosed with DMD aged four, and how the connection spurred him on over the course of a mammoth 290 mile journey.
