Clun's Green Man Festival saved
The south Shropshire May day festival is set to return in 2026 after a rallying call from the festival's organisers. The event attracts up to 4,000 tourists but just two people came to the last annual general meeting in July. Festival chairman Steve Mapes said "we were on a knife edge" but following an emergency meeting with new members and fresh ideas, the Green Man Festival has been saved for another year.
