'How many more young people have to die on our roads?'
A woman from Shrewsbury whose teenage son died in a car crash has said it's 'disgraceful' that the government won't consider more restrictions for young drivers. Crystal Owen's son Harvey died alongside three friends in 2023 when their car left the road in North Wales and she's since been campaigning for graduated driving licences. Justice minister Alex Davies-Jones said the decision was made as it would 'unfairly discriminate' against young parents and carers.
Crystal says the restrictions could could save lives.
