‘Shocking’ increase in Essex road deaths
The number of fatal road accidents in Essex in 2025 has already almost matched the total seen in 2024.
Earlier this year, Essex Police launched their Vision Zero campaign, aiming for zero road deaths by 2040 or sooner.
