Toby Kennedy-Hall says he’s going to leave the city after losing thousands of pounds due to equipment theft. He tells Joe Sims that he has had his van broken into eight times in the past three years and that the police are either "unable or unwilling to fix the issue". A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said they do want to help and are urging people to report any crimes – they’re trying to address the problem.
