Hereford's MS triathlon hero
Meet 54-year-old Richard Rudd, who's competing in the Superhero Series Triathlon. Richard was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 21.
Whilst competing, he'll have the help of his carer Wendy Wait, her daughter Emma and Samantha Stacey from the Oxygen and Wellness Therapy Centre in Hereford.
