A Leicester man is starting a 13-day fitness challenge, raising money for the unit which cared for his baby son.

Zack and Samantha George's baby Leo was born premature and died at just 13 days old. In his memory they have set up a charity 'Leo and Friends' to raise awareness of premature baby loss.

For the next 13-days, Zack - who stars as Steel in the tv show 'Gladiators' - is doing a mile of burpees every day.
