A sailor from Cumbria has spotted a pod of about 25 dolphins off the coast of Roa Island, near Barrow, Cumbria. Terry Fitzpatrick said he was sailing with some friends when the dolphins appeared within 2ft (0.6m) of the boat, and swam alongside them for 10 minutes. Image: Terry Fitzpatrick.
