Almost five years later, residents still locked out
Residents in Oldham have been waiting nearly five years to be told the news that their building can reopen, after it was shut by the fire service because of serious fire safety flaws.
That news has now come and the fire service has said people can move back in.
But flat owners have been told by the managing agent that there's another issue that needs to be dealt with before it can hand over the keys.
