The history of the Duxford Soap Box Derby
Billed as 'maybe the greatest and flattest soapbox derby in the world'.
It's a wonderfully chaotic dash around the village of Duxford in home-made vehicles.
Anything from a wheelbarrow to an old iron bath race around the village to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of Phill Hill.

The 2025 Duxford Soap Box Derby takes place on the 31st August in Duxford, Cambridgeshire.
