The Karen Appreciation Support Society is designed to 'reclaim' the name Karen for Karens worldwide. People called Karen say they have changed their name to reduce attention in public places.

Redditch's Kevin Beresford has launched what is thought to be the world's first Karen Convention, a chance for Karens fitting the stereotype or not, to come together and celebrate the thing that unites them.

The occasion will also lead to a calendar.
