NHS Staff plead with patients to stop vaping on wards!

It's after a female patient at Sunderland Royal last month, suffered facial burns after her vape ignited her oxygen mask.

Thankfully staff at the hospital acted quickly to put out the fire and attend to the woman's injuries.

However South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Trust say it could have been a lot worse.

Andy Watson has been speaking to staff at Sunderland Royal about the incident and they say vaping inside hospitals has to stop.
