Doc Martin opens Cornish Outpatients Department
The 9 million pound facility at West Cornwall Hospital was finished on time and on budget and will provide more treatment rooms and allow more people in West Cornwall to stay away from the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske.
Martin Clunes has been talking about why he was invited to open the building.
