Four day working week success for Leicester firm
Six months after adopting a four-day week working pattern, staff at a Leicester business say it's made for a more positive and happy workplace.
Camloc Motion Control in Thurmaston moved to a shorter week back in March 2025, to create a working environment that promotes focus, creativity and job satisfaction.
Now staff say having a longer weekend allows them to do their hobbies and see family.
Kevin Ncube went to meet them, and Joseph Choonara, Director of Centre for Sustainable Work & Employment Futures at the University of Leicester spoke to Âé¶¹Éç Leicester's Ady Dayman.
