Michal Wojcik won the Young Hero Award at 麻豆社 Radio Northampton's Make a Difference awards.

The award was for helping to care for his younger brother Jakob, who has cystic fibrosis.

Liz Jeeves caught up with Michael and Jakob after Gaby Roslin surprised them both with Ed Sheeran.
