'It's a community that's losing it's heart'
It's been two years since Whitchurch Civic Centre was forced to close, because reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete, or Raac, was found in the roof.
The centre was home to many clubs and organisations, such as the town council, library and driving test centre. Alan Scutt of the Whitchurch Little Theatre Group asks, 'will our civic centre ever reopen?'
