How could 拢80 million change Essex?
Five areas of Essex are to recieve more than 80 million pounds of investment over the next decade.
The money is from the government's new Plan for Neighbourhoods fund, and will help improve communities in Laindon Central and Chalvedon near Basildon,Greenstead in Colchester, Shoeburyness and Thurrock.
