Hopes that South Crofty will produce tin in 2028
Cornish Metals, the company behind the plans to get South Crofty mine producing tin again say they're confident this will happen in the middle of 2028.
At the moment 80 workers, including 40 miners, are working on the site and the company are planning to increase that number.
The CEO of Cornish Metals, Don Turvey has been telling us their plans.
