'I cried when I saw our new home had bare floors'
Thousands of families are being moved into social housing with bare, uneven floorboards. With no legal requirement for landlords to provide carpets or coverings, charities are stepping in to help. Campaigners are now calling for urgent reform to protect vulnerable tenants. Emma Glasby reports.
