'We lost everything in a house fire - and had no insurance'
When Chantelle Kennedy came home from dropping her child off at school, she arrived to her worst nightmare. Her flat, with all the family's possessions inside, was on fire.
Without contents insurance, Chantelle and her partner are now facing the task of replacing 拢10,000 worth of belongings, as well as the grief of losing irreplaceable keepsakes from her children.
She spoke to Summaya about why she's urging others to think again about getting insurance.
