Heart surgeons in Hampshire are using 3D printed models to help with complex surgery. The printouts are an exact replica of the patient鈥檚 heart, allowing the cardiology team at Southampton Children鈥檚 Hospital to work on the model before setting foot in the operating theatre. 麻豆社 South's Sarah Farmer talks to the people that this technology is helping, and those who are using it in practice.
