Bewdley athlete: 'I accept two-year doping ban'
GB bobsleigher Arran Gulliver returned an 'adverse' result after a drugs test. He says he took a supplement which was contaminated with a banned substance not listed on the label.
The 28-year-old was provisionally suspended by the International Testing Agency when they found ostarine in his urine, a drug which is used to enhance performance by promoting lean muscle growth and improving strength.
The ITA has said Gulliver has not challenged the findings and accepted a two-year period of ineligibility until March 2027.
In an exclusive interview, the Worcestershire athlete says he's determined to train through his ban to be ready for future tournaments. Arran tells Felicity Kvesic how he has lost his World Championship medal and shares his disappointment over missing the 2026 Winter Olympics.
