Justice Secretary says human error led to migrant sex offender release.
Today, the government has announced an independent investigation into how a migrant sex offender was released from prison.
Speaking in the House of Commons the Justice Secretary David Lammy told mps that the release appears to have been 鈥渉uman error鈥�. The Conservatives have called the mistake a 鈥渘ational embarrassment鈥�. Adam and Chris are joined by HM Inspectorate of Prisons.
