The Town Council has decided to permanently close and remove the facility at St George's Park.

Campaigners have argued it should be restored fully, as a vital facility in its area of the Worcestershire town.

John Beckingham says the council were quoted a six-figure sum to restore the pool, with a more feasible and sustainable option being to turn the site in to a splash pad.
