Parents fight for education in MK shoe protest
They want better provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities. Organisers say each pair of shoes placed outside Milton Keynes City Council offices represents a child who’s been failed by the system. The council says it’s investing in helping schools meet the needs of more children. Report by Martin Heath.
