Owen Winter from Derby was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called hemangiopericytoma when he was 11. There's no established treatment for it and at the age of 27, he's now having palliative care. He wants to raise awareness about the condition and he and his mum Mandy Rogers have been speaking to 麻豆社 Radio Derby's Emma Caldwell.
