Vape shops and massage parlours raided
Across Shropshire police have been targeting businesses suspected of money laundering, using illegal workers and selling illicit goods as part of a national operation. Chinese takeaways, vape shops and massage parlours are among businesses raided with bank accounts containing more than 拢250,000 frozen and nearly 拢12,000 in cash seized.
Detective Sergeant Rachel O'Brian from West Mercia Police's Economic Crime Unit told 麻豆社 Radio Shropshire's Adam Green that this sort of crime is rife.
