Resident doctors in England started a five-day walkout on Friday their second strike this year in a dispute over pay. NHS bosses have said frontline staff or services may have to be cut because of the financial impact. The doctors union - the British Medical Association - dismissed the warning as "emotional blackmail". The Health Secretary has said the strike is "inflicting pain and misery" on patients.
