Hospitality And Hope has been working in South Shields for almost 25 years.
It started almost 25 years go when one woman took a big pan of soup out in the back of her car on Sunday night to find and feed homeless people in South Tyneside.
Hospitality And Hope, or H&H for short, has been working in South Shields for almost 25 years.
Today, they take a much more preventative approach looking at more long-term help for people rather than just providing emergency support.
Gilly Hope went along to fond out more.
