Hartlepool residents could be paying more council tax than a multi-million pound house in London.

The Labour MP for Hartlepool, Jonathan Brash, has called on the Government to overhaul the council tax system 鈥� which he calls 鈥渂roken鈥� and 鈥渦nfair鈥�.
