Is Evesham shopping centre 鈥榳orst in country'?
The Riverside Shopping Centre opened in the 1980s. All but three of its 40 units are empty at time of publishing.
Wychavon District Council is launching plans to improve the site, which include bringing it in to public ownership.
Residents told the 麻豆社 the shopping centre has not stood the test of time, since its opening in 1988.
Negotiations are ongoing with the centre's private owner, for regeneration of the building.
