The woman behind Hendrick鈥檚 Gin is honoured in her home city. Lesley Gracie from Hull is the master distiller at Hendrick鈥檚 Gin and is responsible for creating the original Hendrick鈥檚 Gin recipe. She鈥檚 being given an honorary degree by the University of Hull. She spoke to Kofi Smiles.
