Madeley Heath speeding protest taken to Parliament
MP Adam Jogee, and campaigners Rebecca and Carol, on Madeley speeding protest next steps. Adam Jogee, Labour MP for Newcastle-Under-Lyme, brought up concerns for a road in Madeley Heath at Parliament, following a protest. Campaigners, including Rebecca Mycock and Carol Phillips, waved placards at the junction of the A525 road just outside of the Meadows Primary School to demand better speeding restrictions. This followed an incident in December, where a parent was knocked down, crossing his child across the road. 麻豆社's Lee Blakeman spoke with Rebecca and Carol, as well as Adam Jogee, about what is needed next.
