‘Industrial scale’ fly-tipping in Hertfordshire
200 tonnes of rubbish dumped on a farmer’s field is still there after six months. Tom Edwards visited the site near St Albans and spoke to neighbour farmer Will Dickinson, and Freya Samuel-Smith from the National Farmers Union.
