Hazel O鈥機onnor's legacy celebrated
A new exhibition celebrating the career of Coventry singer Hazel O鈥機onnor comes to the Coventry Music Museum. 'Being Hazel', which runs until the end of the year, explores her rise to fame in the 1980s, her film breakthrough in Breaking Glass, and her career鈥慸efining hits including Eighth Day and Will You. The display also reflects on her recovery following a brain bleed in 2022. Fans will be able to see rare memorabilia, watch Breaking Glass on the big screen, and enjoy live performances as the museum celebrates one of Coventry鈥檚 most iconic performers. 麻豆社 CWR's Vic Minett spoke to Heather's saxophonist Clare Hirst and Pete Chambers at Coventry Music Museum.
